Save approximately 20% by choosing annual billing. You can toggle between monthly and annual pricing on the billing page.

Free Trial

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. During the trial, you get full access to all features included in the selected plan. When the trial expires:
  • Your organization is automatically downgraded to the Free plan
  • Features exclusive to your trial plan become unavailable
  • Your data is preserved — nothing is deleted
  • You can upgrade at any time to restore access
A trial banner appears at the top of the dashboard showing how many days remain. When 3 or fewer days are left, the banner turns amber as a reminder.

Upgrading Your Plan

To upgrade your subscription:
  1. Navigate to Settings > Billing (requires Superadmin role)
  2. Expand the Change Plan section
  3. Toggle between Monthly and Annual billing if desired
  4. Click Upgrade on the plan you want
  5. Complete payment through the secure checkout page
  6. Your new plan is activated immediately
After checkout, your session is refreshed automatically and the new modules become available across the dashboard.

Managing Your Subscription

Once subscribed, you can manage your billing details through the billing portal:
  • Update payment method — change your credit card or payment details
  • View invoices — download PDF invoices for any billing period
  • Change billing interval — switch between monthly and annual
  • View upcoming charges — see what you’ll be billed next
Access the portal by clicking Manage in the Payment Method section or View Invoices in the Invoices section on the Billing page.

Downgrading & Cancellation

You can downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. When you downgrade or cancel:
  • Your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period
  • After the period ends, your organization moves to the lower plan (or Free)
  • Data is never deleted — resources, monitors, incidents, and historical metrics are preserved
  • Features that are not included in the new plan become inaccessible until you upgrade again
If you downgrade and your usage exceeds the new plan’s limits (e.g., more monitors than allowed), existing items are preserved but you won’t be able to create new ones until you’re within the limits.

Module Access

Your plan determines which modules are available to your organization. Modules gate capabilities across the entire platform — sidebar navigation, page access, and API calls all respect your plan’s module list. For example, a Free plan includes Cloud Resources, Uptime Monitoring, and Notifications. Upgrading to Pro unlocks Cost Tracking, Infrastructure Agents, Incident Management, and more. Troubleshooting

Verify your card details and ensure sufficient funds are available. If the issue persists, try a different payment method. Your plan will not change until payment succeeds.
When a trial expires, your organization is downgraded to the Free plan. Go to Settings > Billing and select a paid plan to restore access. Your data has not been deleted.
Modules not included in your current plan are hidden from the sidebar and blocked at the page level. Upgrade your plan to regain access. All historical data is preserved.
The billing page is restricted to users with the Superadmin role. Ask your organization’s superadmin to manage billing, or have them update your role in Settings > Team.
Invoices are generated after each successful payment. If you just subscribed, it may take a few minutes to appear. Access invoices from the billing portal via Settings > Billing > View Invoices.
